Mission Raven/Navy Issue Fits - (newbie friendly ish) OUTDATED

Aimed at newbies, no faction/dead space mods, just a cheap sensible t2 fit raven/navy issue with a focus on cap stability and tank while still keeping all them precious damage mods in place. Scorp and Domi hulls coming soon. Disclaimer: Theres lots of fits for ravens and you need to be comfortable flying a ship that takes advantage of you're sp amount. Its impossible for me to judge how different sp levels will effect different ship attributes like dps, cpu needs etc. If you can afford faction use it!
