Text Instructions Below! This video shows how to make your own F# Chromatic Scale Note Block Room in Minecraft. Text Instructions: You need: 25 Note Blocks, Redstone Pieces, Stone/Wood Pressure Plates, and Signs Around 175 White/Black Wool Pieces (Half White/Half Black) 30 Torches 1. Create a Black/White Wool floor pattern. 2. FIgure out where the Note Blocks will be (The Note Blocks will be one block away from each other). There will be one at the end of the room. Now, dig enough blocks down so that there will be air beneath the soon to be placed Note Blocks (The air beneath will give the blocks a harp sound). Now place the Note Blocks over the holes and it should sound like a harp. 3. Put a Redstone Piece in front of each Note Block. Put a Pressure Plate in front of the Redstone Pieces. 4. Carve a one block deep hole into the wall right above the Note Blocks. 5. Place a sign right above each Note Block naming the note it will play (Note: This does not make the Note Block the play the written note, it's just for reference). 6. With the signs placed, place a torch between each sign. 7. Now change the notes of the Note Blocks so that each Note Block, when hit goes up one half-step (Goes up pitch). There's a handy guide to doing this here: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/images/b/bd/Noteblock_reference.png 8. Optional: Carve a three block deep hole cavern under all of your Note Blocks so that you can change the sound by putting a block underneath the Note Block. This is better explained in the video. 9. You should be done. Make sure it's done right by checking out the video!
