This is a tutorial for an automatic wheat farm that does not require you to replant the seeds in Minecraft 1.9 / 1.10 / 1.11 / 1.12 / 1.13. This is a large-scale update of my older wheat farm, producing 84 wheat per harvest. One push of a button lets you collect your wheat out of a chest and go on your way! A villager automatically replants the seeds and gets locked up before he can break the grown wheat. This build has a locking/unlocking door, water dispensers on a hopper timer, a sorting system to separate the wheat from the seeds and an item elevator that pushes the seeds to the surface for the villager to collect and plant.
