Minecraft - Atomic Reconstructor - Lens of the Miner

Using All-The-Mods 3, Atomic Reconstructor, and a Lens of the Miner, one can convert stone blocks into world ores. The miner does not break Uranium, but otherwise the system is automated after the correct switch is toggled.
