MICS CABG (Kale Suresh Babu et al)

Minimally Invasive Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting through a left mini thoracotomy...The crux of this procedure, I guess, is the proximal anastomosis of the vein on the aorta...It is technically challenging but rewards the patient with quick recovery, early ambulation and faster return to work whilst reaining the same patentcy of the graft. In this case, the lesion is long and tight and was cut across to exteriorise the plaque (we do it often). Overall the procedure was smooth and well torelerated....
