Microwave Me: Cool Whip

Experiment #197: Cool Whip (Rated G) Ever wonder what's REALLY in your cool whip (or "cool hwip" as some people say it)? After watching this episode, you may never want to eat it ever again! I microwave a tub of cool whip for four minutes to show what it's really made out of. The results afterwards were kind of disgusting. They add a little bit of real creme nowadays because people were getting wise to them about it. However, all it does is make the final product look like really oily eggnog. It's just beta carotene and oil. Although our professional microwave operator, Kenny Irwin (who you know on YouTube as dovetastic) says that microwaving food is for morons, this shows that cool whip really isn't food. I decide that microwaving cool whip is a good idea because it exposes it as the fraud masquerading as whipped creme it really is.
