At Swissomation, we have the capacity to handle micromachining and ultra precision parts from .004” in diameter up to 1 5/8" in diameter, and our mills are capable of producing complicated parts efficiently. Our secret to saving you money is the fact that our CNC Swiss lathes can mill with live tooling without having to remove the part or handle it twice. With Swiss turning machines, multiple operations, including milling, cross drilling, and crimping, can be accomplished on one machine. This equipment can hold tolerances of +/- .0001” and their versatility minimizes or eliminates the need for secondary operations.
