Harold Peplau was awarded the prestigious honor of being the 2017 PATH, International Adult Equestrian of the Year. He has been receiving hippotherapy services at the Michigan Abilities Center (MAC) Equine Assisted Therapy program for the past 5 years. Riding has helped him improve his mobility, balance, and endurance. Thus, Harold is an example of the value and importance of providing equine assisted therapy services such as hippotherapy and therapeutic riding throughout the lifespan.
