Mia's House Updated and Downloadable | Sims 4

I've made Mia's house a bit more playable - putting the climbing wall out in the backyard was a nice idea but I forgot about the the rain and electronics ?. So I've built a nice little treehouse over it to protect it from the weather. And the house needed a pet door so I added one.
