MHW: Top Hammers & Builds | High DPS | Mixed Set | PC & Console

Looking at my favorite hammers and builds to go with. I include the RNG exclusive Taroth Hammer Sleep but also the best crafted hammers Diablos Shatterer and The Empress Mace Styx. I love the Taroth for general all purpose, the Diablos for it's raw power and the Styx for it's convenience and flexible use when trying to make monster specific builds and doesn't necessarily lock you down to 1 or 2 armor choices. Hammer is a very satisfying to play and I love the sound it makes when it connects with a good whollop to a monster's head. I have focused primarily on high dps builds with each of the hammers but also included some variations and suggestions. Sometimes adding extra health to builds for harder content helps give you time to recover from mistakes so you don't end up being "that guy" that feinted and lost the mission! All these builds are usable on PC as well as console although PC players will have to wait for the Geralt armors but that set was just shown to those who may want to use it.
