In wake of the massive agitation by doctors over the alleged assault on two junior doctors in Kolkata on June 10, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday called the incident “unfortunate” and said her government is committed towards stabilising the situation in the state at the earliest.
