I also don't have to use a ruler to cut things out. I just follow one straight line and cut through. You can easily make it out of a plain shirt, you can even make it out of plain fabric. Follow the same steps and ignore any dissecting that goes on with the shirt. 2) When you are measuring you self please wear a bra (unless you are planning to wear the dress braless). 3) Bust height that are bigger than B cups needs to be measured right on the nipple. Bust Height less than B cups can be measured at the center front. 4) If you are not serging, please add extra seam allowances for what ever finishes you are going to use. 5) The sweet heart isn't for looks only, it also helps shape around your bust.
