As you voted, here is E100 vs Super Pershing Men of War Assault Squad 2 scenario! So this is kinda alternative history scenario, set in 1946. War continues, US and Germany mass produce their new super tanks. Super Pershing high penetration can destroy the E100 easily, if it hits the front lower plate or hull side, but that's all up to luck. HVAP shell could do even more damage as it can penerate up too 330mm of armor. E100 15cm (149mm) gun got no problem at all destroying the Super Pershing.
