在廣東潮汕，有一種通體雪白、形似蔥段的甜食，被叫作糖蔥，常搭配薄餅食用，也是當地清明時傳統的寒食。雖然僅僅用白糖和麥芽糖，但通過不斷拉伸，成型的糖蔥每一塊有16個大孔，每個大孔周圍還有16個小孔，十分奇妙，沒點功夫絕難以做到。 In the Chaoshan area, Guangdong, there is a kind of white, scallion-shaped sweet snack, called sugar scallion, often served with pancakes, and it’s a traditional local Qingming cold food. Although the ingredients include just sugar and maltose, through repeated pulling and folding, the final product features 16 large holes, each surrounded by 16 small holes. Such uncanny workmanship is no commonplace.
