“Meet Me At The Altar?”-Megan {+} Shane Summer Outdoor Wedding

“Meet me at the altar, check yes, no or maybe”, was what was written in Shane’s note to Megan on their wedding day. Hmm…tough decision for this gal. She was head over heels in love with this star quarterback and he was just as smitten by Megan’s insane beauty! It all started for these two when they met at the University of Hawaii and were introduced by their mutual friend who was "conveniently" tutoring Megan at the time and used that opportunity to introduce them in study hall. After awkward passings to class and some mutually nervous small talk, the spark began to ignite. Then one night, when Shane had one of his best college games against USC on ESPN, they shared their first kiss. There was no looking back after that. Five years later, and after several moves and the building of a budding football career, Shane finally popped the question (and cleverly so I might add)! After a series of clues that took Megan on a scavenger hunt all around town, they found their way to one of their favorite restaurants, El Pinto. Shane got down on one knee in front of a hidden audience of family and teenage hostesses hiding in the bushes. Needless to say, it is what brings us here to this beautiful film of their spectacular wedding day! The wedding took place on the front lawn of Megan’s father’s beautiful home. Surrounded by gigantic cottonwood trees, and a spectacular clear tent (my favorite) the setting couldn’t have been any more perfect! Friends and family gathered to witness and celebrate this beautiful couple. Through tearful moments, to funny stories shared throughout the ceremony, we got a good peek of this couple and all that they had experienced. Through heartbreak and celebrations, this couple is what love is made of and we were inspired by them in many ways. Megan and Shane, thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your special day! You two have a way of making anyone you meet feel welcomed and loved and we felt all of that and more from you! We wish you many more adventures, success in your careers and a beautiful family to come!
