Media Briefing: OIS #19 for 2018 -- Armed Robbery/Kidnapping at Pawn Store

LVMPD Assistant Sheriff Brett Zimmerman provides a detailed briefing on the 9-3-18 incident in which an armed robber took a hostage during the takeover of a pawn shop at W. Charleston & Rainbow.
