Kerala Finance Minister, Dr. T.M. Thomas Isaac presents Kerala Budget 2019 at the Kerala Legislative Assembly. This is the 10th budget presented by him. He has given a detailed picture about new projects which the government going to implement for the rebuild of flood-affected state. In the proposed budget, Rs 1,000 crore will be allocated to rebuild Kerala initiative and Rs 2000 crore for coastal area development which will be beneficial to the upliftment of fishermen community.
