Maya: Bump and Displacement Mapping

Bump Maps and Displacement maps are very different from each other, as all experts in 3D animation well know. So, this tutorial addresses people who are not experts yet. (I can already see the thumbs down for this tutorial.)
I cover three types: Maya Bump Map, Arnold Bump Map, and Arnold Displacement Map.
