Mavic Mini IMU Error, did it result in a crash?? Did an IMU error cause my Mavic Mini to crash?

Ran into a small problem with my DJI Mavic Mini. I was flying the other day and had a crash. Luckily it was into some tall grass so there is no apparent damage. But I am curious as to what caused the crash. Was it an IMU error in the flight controller, or just pilot error.
