Marc Presenza, angry driving instructor, throws a tantrum, and he's a third-dan TaeKwonDo state champion at that! If you don't obey HIS road rules, he'll follow you, come to your car to admonish you and then if you don't respect the fact that he's clearly a Driving Instructor he'll hit you, or your phone if he can't reach you. Would you trust your children with this Mr Angry? Anyway, as Marc eloquently states at the end of his tantrum "What are you going to do?" Clearly tell the world!
