Yummy mango pudding at home Ingredients 2 cups Fresh cream 1 cup Powder sugar 1 cup mango puree 2 tbsp custard powder 2 tbsp gelatine Vanilla essence Chocolate sponge Mango sponge Chopped mangoes Tutti fruitti First soaked gelatine with some water for 10 minutes Take a mixing bowl add cream, sugar, custard powder, essence, mango puree Whisk this with electric beater for 5-10 minutes Add gelatine and mix Take serving dish and set a layer if chocolate cake Spread pudding mix and ser another layer of mango cake and repeat the procedure Garnish it with mango pieces and tutti fruity. Set in to refrigerator for 1-2 hours Serve chilled
