Man who filmed Eric Garner’s death suing NY police

The man who filmed the death of Eric Garner as he was being arrested by New York police says he is the victim of retaliation. Ramsey Orta, currently in jail, is suing the city for millions of dollars for what he describes as his wrongful arrest.
