The spies are sent on a mission to observe the strange behaviours of world leaders when they suddenly begin to build thrill rides in their countries' landmarks. The girls learn that Dr. Aisenstein, an animatronics designer, has replaced the world leaders with robots to turn the world into a giant theme park.
