Making a Traveler Journal Cover

Making a Traveler Journal CoverУ вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
Hi Everyone! This is my version of a traveler journal cover. I am so-so with Bullet Journals and binder planners. The most successful planning I have ever done is writing what I need to do every day. Sometimes I skip days, which is fine, because I have really good memory and I can keep track of things in my brain. This year, I decided that I should start planning again and add in a journal. I have a busy life:) Materials I used: Michaels Artist's Loft Dot Journal (2) Michaels Stretch Cord (I don't know what brand I used) Clear Contact paper (used for old-school lamination process) Target Ubrands Plant File Folder Scunci Flat Elastic Headbands (to hold everything together) Hole Puncher Ruler (for measuring) Pencil (for measuring) Scissors Process: This is a guide. If you want to make one of these, then you would have to measure according to your preference. Just make sure that your "traveler cover" covers the notebook inserts, so adjust wisely. I measured 1 cm left and right from the center of the fold to get the "right" width to cover the spine of the notebooks when put together. Holes for the elastic to go through was about the same height as the notebook. I like to "stuff" things in my planner/journal, so I made a small pocket insert to keep these "stuff" in. *Inserting the elastic cord a certain way is also your preference. Why was I wearing gloves? It's winter and it is very cold! My hands are cracked and gross. Plus, I am a germaphobe (super hand washer/hand sanitizer), I like cleaning and cooking, and I have 6 year old Triplets. My hands are bad in the winter and even lard will not moisturize them. Let me know in the comments if I need to clarify!
