To make the process of chopping and baling easier, Beef cattleI farmer and contractor NI'J Holthoes from Winterswijk made a unique one-man construction in which the baler is behind the chopper. Normally a tractor with a baler drives next to the forage harvester Baling maize is ideal for small scale farming as you don't need a large silage silo or pit.
