Here I present a series of photographs of the legendary ballet dancers, Maris-Rudolf E. Liepa and Marina Viktorovna Kondratieva from a scene from the Ballet "Spartacus" by Aram Khachaturian.
Maris Liepa was a Soviet Latvian, ballet dancer, choereographer, ballet teacher and film actor. He won the Lenin Prize in 1970 and became People's Artist of the USSR in 1976.
Marina Kondratieva was a ballet dancer and teacher, principal dancer of the Bolshoi Theatre and People's Artist of the USSR awarded to her in 1976.
