LOW CARB BURGER BUNS
Ingredients:
6 eggs
75gr butter (melted)
150gr almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix all the ingredients until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture in 6 mini round baking pans.
4. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes/ 175°C (depends on the oven, keep an eye on it).
Serve it with anything you like. I did a slow cooked pork with bacon for mine.
Servings: 6
