DONT FALL FOR SUCH UNREALISTIC CLAIMS!!! ? *This is an easy to follow meal plan,with easily available foods! *Before we start the diet as I said 2 very very important things -: 1. SELF TALK/SELF MOTIVATION/FOCUS ON THE GOAL 2. PREPARATION IN ADVANCE -: please make sure you have access to the following foods in this diet at all times,set an alarm and don’t miss out on the list of items to be consumed! HERE WE GO-: 1. MORNING (as soon as you wake up) -: 1 tsp cinnamon + honey paste,this is an amazing fat burner and will help you kick start your fat burning process. 2. PRE-BREAKFAST -: 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar mixed in a cup of water Apple cider vinegar link -: https://amzn.to/2yrde0K 1. BREAKFAST -: Pesarattu with (curd/mint chutney)/Sprouts(raw/boiled/steamed)Pomegranate/Papaya/Plum/Carrot/Beetroot - You can choose any one option everyday. 2. Lemon juice with honey (optional) 5. NOT more than 1 tbsp of oil throughout the day. 6. For Sweet cravings you can have 1-2 dates 7. 20-30 mins of exercise of your choice 8.
