LoLK Hecatia's Theme: Pandemonic Planet

This is Hecatia Lapislazuli's theme from Touhou 15: Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom I'm not over this character design. ZUN, pls... Like, it's cool? The worlds chained to her are cool and everything. But holy fuck, maybe I'd be more convinced if the explanation was that she was trying to keep up with modern times but failing horribly. Except it's not. ZUN just doesn't know how to create a good colour pallet. The skirt was not a good idea, ZUN.
