LocalHost or PHPMyAdmin Forbidden WampServer and Windows 8

Don't go with "Allow from All", which will allow all ips! If you want to open localhost or phpmyadmin, and get this, "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server" message, you can try this following: 1. Typing 127.0.0.1 in your browser instead "localhost" 2. If you want to access with localhost, you can add " ::1" after the 127.0.0.1 line.
