Llanelli & District Model Engineers 11th Miniature Steam Rally 2016 Part 1

This first part of three, covers the miniature Railway exhibits at the very popular Llanelli & District Model Engineers Rally held at Pembrey Country Park, in Carmarthenshire, West Wales over the weekend of the 24th and 25th September 2016. With so many exhibitors this year, I was asked to cover as many as possible, hence the length of this production. The two gauges represented are five inch and seven and a quarter inch. Incredible workmanship and skills required to build these locomotives, and a spectacle enjoyed by visitors of all ages. A big thanks you as always to Rob Rayner, and all the volunteers at the event, that made it an absolute joy to be involved, and it was wonderful to meet friends Steve Lewis and Chris and Rosie Woolston at the event.
