Hope this helps someone that might be going through the same thing. As far as exercise, the only thing I can do now is walk. I'm so sad and miss the gym terribly!! Hopefully I will be cleared to start lifting again after my followup Oct 12th Surgery was 9/2/16 at Fairfax Inova Hospital by the team of Dr. Timothy Shaver. They made me at ease during the process. The tumor mass was appx 19-24 centimeters and weighed about 8-10lbs Let me know if you have any questions about the surgery.
