Russian president Vladimir Putin will present the annual address to the Federal Assembly in Moscow from St George Hall in the Kremlin Palace on December 4. This will be Putin’s 11th address, and the 21st address to take place in Russia’s contemporary history. According to the constitution of the Russian Federation, the Russian president annually addresses the Federal Assembly to discuss the current situation in the country and main developments regarding internal and foreign policy. An additional topic for this year will include a discussion of the country’s budget.
