LIVE: Putin lands in Berlin for Normandy Four talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to land in Tegel airport, Berlin, on Wednesday, October 19 ahead of the Normandy Four meeting. The Russian leader will meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the German capital. The resolution of the conflict in eastern Ukraine will be under discussion, and all four heads of state are due to evaluate the progress of implementation of the Minsk agreement and discuss further steps towards resolving the ongoing conflict.
