Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address the conglomeration during the National Cadet Corps (NCC) rally at Parade Grounds, Delhi Cantt in New Delhi on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. The NCC is a proud symbol of national integration and of the values of discipline, patriotic service and team work. The young cadets of the NCC, come from every corner and community of our country. The multitude of talent, experience and learning in the NCC are a great resource for the country. This rally culminates the NCC Republic Day Camp held annually at the capital.
