Live NetTV - Can't Open File Issue [RESOLVED]

After downloading Live NetTV app on some Android devices, when the user attempts to open the file, an error shows: Can't open file. That is the issue of Downloads app in Android and the Live NetTV app is fine. You need to go to the file manager in your phone and navigate to Downloads folder and then install Live NetTV from there.
