Soloist: Doruk Görkem Tokur II.Piano: Gülsin Onay === Franz Liszt | 200th Birthday Anniversary 2011 | 2 PIANO, 2 CONCERTO === *****Concert Program***** LISZT - Piano Concerto No.1 LISZT - Grande Paraphrase Soloist: Gülsin Onay LISZT - Piano Concerto No.2 LISZT - Mephisto Waltz No.1 Soloist: Doruk Görkem Tokur Süreyya Opera House İstanbul / TÜRKİYE 14.11.2011 Doruk Görkem Tokur Born in 1991 Ankara, Görkem was accepted to Ass.Prof. Menekşe Akar's class at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Piano Department.In 2005 he attended İdil Biret's, in 2006 Pamela Mia Paul's masterclasses.In 2006, he performed with "Eskişehir Symphony Orchestra" as a soloist.In 2008, he had the privilege of working with Daniel Gortler , Stephan Gutman , Kemal Gekic and Gülsin Onay in Bodrum at "Eklisia Summer Music School". In 2009 Görkem attended the "Kamuran Gündermir 1st National Piano Competition" in Mersin and won the "Honorable Mention Award" and "The Special Award for the Best Performer of a Turkish Music Piece".At the same year , he also won the 3rd prize in "The 3rd National Young Talents Piano Competition" in Eskişehir.In july 2009 , he participated in " Eklisia Summer Music School" , and he worked with Emre Elivar , Alexander Madzar , Misha Dacic and Gülsin Onay as an active student and performed a concert.He was selected among with the other students to perform in a concert in Bakraz,Bodrum. In 2011 Görkem attended the "Pera 6. International Piano Competition" in İstanbul and won the "1rd prize" and "The Special Award for the Best Performer of a Turkish Music Piece." He is currently studying department of piano with Associate Professor. Yeşim Alkaya Yener the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory as a third year undergraduate student and he is still performing in various concerts.
