For this week’s Torture of the Week, Lisa Robertson shows us a new variation of the side lunge. For this workout, all you need is a weight plate, a carpeted floor (or place a towel under the weight) to help the weight slide, and comfortable workout clothes. Start by placing one foot on top of the weight, then with the opposite foot, step to the side and lunge while dragging the weight until your feet are together.
