Liner tips for Hooded/Heavy Lids

Many of you have been asking how to deal with issues of liner smudging or transferring caused by hooded lids. So here is how I deal with this problem, as it is a problem I personally have. EnJoy! NOTE: putting Shelaq on Kohl helps, but it causes the kohl to smudge at first, once set, it helps. I recommend using Styli-STyle THEN sealing with Shelaq - thats the best. Shelaq can be used as sealer in more ways than one.
