The Golem has 280 HP, and if you are a good boy or girl Hanlon will crit his face in for 150+ damage. Otherwise just keep your HP above 20 and keep attacking with Keifer and Auster. You can use Sap from Maribel, but Hanlon will probably waste his turns NOT critting using that anyway.
