In this long overdue installment of Lets learn DBFZ we will be covering how to do Adult Gohan's leg loops. I will show you universal routes, as well as an alternate loop for potential unleashed 1-7
1:20 - the standard level 0 leg loop starter, 1 rep
2:35 - standard level 0 leg loop starter, 2 reps
4:29 - level 1-7 loop starter, 1 rep
6:00 - level 1-7 loop starter, 3 reps
7:00 - alternate 1-7 loop starter, 1 rep
COMBO NOTATIONS
L = light M = medium H = heavy S = ki blast
Please note the loops are designed with high hitstun decay in mind. I will start the notations at the part you "have" to start at, you can for the most part add many hits ahead of these.

LEVEL 0 2 reps

LEVEL 1-7 "main" route

stand L(1 hit) jump LM small delay into H, L legs(hold) (do this 3 times) final leg hit, call assist, dragon rush, beam, super
