Let's Discuss the new Youtube Monetization Rules

Like everyone on the platform, I wanted to discuss the new changes. TLDR I feel like the new monetization rules are not the world enders everyone believes them to be. The reason for the new rules is rather convoluted and strangely placed, but we won't know if it will work until into the future anyhow. The main thing is that for those who do youtube for the passion and the enjoyment this doesn't affect them at all. They will continue to make what they want and blow through these requirements like they're nothing. For those who want to make a quick buck or upload very inappropriate stuff, this will hurt them. That and animators, but animators are always being hurt. I don't believe this really makes a difference in the grand scheme of things even if the reasoning is very poor.
