Learning about FileMaker's startup and shutdown process is a critical piece of know-how when creating your FileMaker solution. This all starts within the File Option dialog for each FileMaker file. In today's live stream video we'll be going through the File Options dialog and all of its various settings. Being familiar with this area of the environment is a key part to a successful FileMaker solution. It controls how a file is started, whether a default user should be logged into the file, what scripts will run when initially started and when the file is closed. It has a variety of other settings every FileMaker learner should be familiar with.
