Lisa Gade reviews the Lenovo Y50 15.6” slim gaming laptop. This is latest in the 15” Y series line, and the slimmest and lightest to date. It packs a 2.4GHz Intel Core i7-4700HQ quad core CPU, 8 or 16 gigs of RAM and switchable NVIDIA GTX 860M graphics with 2 or 4 gigs GDDR5 dedicated memory. The 5.3 lb. laptop is 0.9” thick and it has dual band Intel AC 3160 WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a red backlit AccuType keyboard and stereo JBL speakers with subwoofer. It’s available with a matte 1920 x 1080 display, a glossy 1920 x 1080 touch screen and there’s a UHD 3840 x 2160 model too. Most models come with a 5400 HDD with 8 gig flash cache, and there are SSD options for better performance. The touch model we look at lists for $1,399, though you’ll find it for less at retailers. ** Read our full written review here: http://www.mobiletechreview.com/notebooks/Lenovo-Y50.htm ** Watch our gaming demo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAMsG7filK0
