Legal issues | Former president Zuma and President Ramaphosa court cases

Now, what a day it was the for the ANC Tuesday. Legal matters involving President Cyril Ramaphosa and former President Jacob Zuma were heard in different courts. The Pietermaritzburg High Court issued an arrest warrant for Zuma which will be stayed until his next court appearance in May. While Zuma's lawyer did provide a medical note for his client's absence, Judge Dhaya Pillay was not convinced. Meanwhile, at the High Court in Pretoria, President Ramaphosa's legal team argued that the Public Protector's so-called "Bosasa report" should be overturned.
