New Tier X Normal German tank destroyer. This tank destroyer was based on the panther chassis, mounting a 15cm L/63 gun to provide anti support. Due to technical issues as well as the progress of the war, it never made pass the drawing table. It will replace the Waffenträger auf E100 at tier 10 for the final boss of the Waffenträger German glass cannon tech tree. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By the summer of 1942, the German land forces command made a contract with the companies Krupp and Rheinmetall to create a SPG on the Panther hull. Several variants with 128mm K43 gun and 15cm sFH 43 howitzer were considered. These projects were called Grille 12 and Grille 15. Their armament was located in the back of the vehicle and they were different from each other only by the type of the gun. Later on, requirements were issued to install the 15cm L/63 gun on Grille 15 chassis. This gun could penetrate 200mm of armor at 4000 meters. The project was however stopped and no prototype was built. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- World of Tanks is a massively multiplayer online game developed by Belarusian company Wargaming.net featuring early to mid-20th century era fighting vehicles.
