Late 2009, 27 inch iMac can use 32 GB of 1333 MHz RAM, beyond what Apple says

Apple says iMacs from late 2009, like my 27 inch iMac (Model Identifier iMac11,1), can only use a maximum of 16 GB of 1066 MHz RAM. But I found you can use twice that limit with slightly faster RAM. So if you are in the market for RAM, this hack seems to work.
**UPDATE June, 21 2015**
Still going strong with this RAM. No issues to report.
**UPDATE August, 7 2015**
Once again, the RAM is still working great. No issues.
