Lasooni Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS: Chicken with bones medium cut- 500gms
Dahi(curd):300 gms
Garlic paste: 1 ½ tsp
Green chillies-few
Whole Methi (fenugreek)
Refine oil- 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Sugar - to taste
HOW TO MAKE: (with step by step photos)
1. Marinate the chicken with garlic paste, curd and salt for minimum 30 mins.
2. Take a pan/Kadhai add oil to it when it is hot add the whole methi seeds, when aroma comes add little garlic paste to it, fry, then add the marinated chicken mixture to it.
3. Fry for some time, add the green chillies, little sugar, and mix well.
4. Cover it and cook for some time until it is cooked with occasional stirring.
5. Serve hot with roti and green salad.
