Lars Andersen explained - Arrow Left or right side of the bow?

I'm sure by now you have all seen the Lars Andersen video doing the rounds on the internet. As entertaining as it is, it has thrown up a lot of questions. One of which is "What side of the bow should my arrow go?" Hopefully this video sheds a little more light on the subject... ***NOTE*** The whole process is reversed for left-handed archers.
