LA Metro Upgrades Meeting Technology with AVI-SPL

LA Metro operates public transportation for nearly 10 million people in L.A. County. With that large of an impact, it’s necessary for them to hold frequent hearings, many of which are public. Until recently, Metro has relied on outdated technology to conduct and record those hearings at its Metro Headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. To improve the quality of their public meetings, AVI-SPL worked with LA Metro to upgrade their technology with advanced audio, new voting system with intuitive touch panels and more.
